Deliverability is the product.

An email tool that lands in spam is a decoration. Day Spa Mail is built so the compliant path is the only path — you cannot buy a list, mail a dead address, skip a warmup, or lose an unsubscribe, because the product won’t let you.

Consent starts at your counter

Every recipient is your own point-of-sale guest record, carrying the permission given in person. We read that flag; we never set it. There is no import button — a purchased list can't enter the system even by accident.

Your list cleans itself

Guests with no visit or purchase in 24 months are excluded automatically — dormant addresses are where dead mailboxes and spam traps live. Bounces and complaints are suppressed permanently, and a suppression outranks everything, including a fresh sync.

Guests leave in one click

One-click unsubscribe headers (RFC 8058) plus a visible footer link on every message. No login, no delay — and we write the opt-out back to your point-of-sale record so no other tool keeps mailing them either.

New domains warm up — enforced

A brand-new domain that blasts 80,000 messages looks exactly like spam, so volume ramps automatically and the remainder is held for tomorrow. The schedule below is the one the send engine actually runs.

Sending pauses itself

Complaint and bounce rates are watched per spa over a rolling week, and crossing the pause line stops sending until a person clears it. If the monitor itself goes stale, sending refuses too — it fails closed, never silently open.

A cap and a clock, always on

Campaigns and automated journeys share one per-guest frequency cap, and messages only leave during daytime hours in each guest's own spa's timezone. Neither needs configuring; neither can be forgotten.

The warmup ramp, exactly as enforced

A new sending domain’s daily allowance over its first 21 days, rendered from the same schedule the send engine reads. Anything a campaign can’t send today goes out tomorrow — automatically.

Days 1–21; bar height compressed to keep the first week visible — the labels are the numbers that bind.

In practice the ramp ends early: it stops mattering the day it covers your whole list. A 50,000-guest group is at full reach by day 11; the tail of the schedule exists for the largest multi-spa groups, and no one sends at the ceiling every day.
